Applicant’s claiming Tribal Preference or Veteran Preference must submit verification via Enrollment/Descendant Card or Certification of Indian Blood (CIB) and/or DD-214 at the time of application or Interview. Failure do so will result in zero preference points awarded.

Applicants for positions that have regular contact with or control over children will be required to disclose the following; Has the applicant been arrested or convicted of a crime involving a child, violence, sexual assault, sexual molestation, sexual exploitation, sexual contact or prostitution, or crimes against persons? and; If so, what was the disposition? and; Applicant must sign under penalty of perjury a statement verifying the truth of all information provided in the employment application(s), and; That a criminal history check is a condition of employment and you are required to consent in writing to a records check.
